Doctor Seuss is a pirate infamous in the East Blue for his scientific prowess and utter disregard of human life. He is wanted by the marines, Cipher Pol, and the World Government at large. Due to the rarity to pirates traveling through the Calm belt, it would next to impossible for anyone outside of the region to recognize him. Even more so, due to a lack of accurate bounty posters, somehow having an incorrect appearance, more resembling another doctor.
Appearance[]
A tall, thin man with a top hat and gray eyes. He appears to be in his early 20s. He dresses in flamboyant clothes and suits. A long, black cane is on his person at all times. His expression almost never changes from a cold, dark stare.
Personality[]
Seuss gained an infamy in the Grand Line for being an extremely skilled doctor and scientist, while at the same time performing outlandishly cruel experiments and torturing people for his amusement. All while never changing his dark facial expression. For the most part, it is unknown why he does these things, but it seems that it is all for his own amusement. Perhaps it may be a twisted version of attempting to push science, but it would be foolish to attempt to try and understand Suess. He is a mad man, plain and simple. For some reason, he only speaks in idiotic rhymes.
Seuss as a scientist has interest in weaponizing the unexpected. Turning seemingly innocent little girls into Cyborgs, creating plants that can transform a battlefield into a zombie breeding ground, even allowing pirates to change their appearance and hide among civilians. Every creation he has is made in an attempt to trick or hide amongst the normal.
Biography[]
There is almost no record of the doctor before he entered the Grand Line, though it is known that he was born in West Blue. For few years, he has sailed the Grand Line with the Shichibukai, Bowes. However, after Bowes lost his title, Seuss seems to have found work elsewhere, performing experiments on unsuspecting people on a regular basis.
He is available for contracting for an extremely high price, though it is believed that his prices are never monetary. Several times in the last few years, Seuss has had his hand in countless incidents and bouts of destruction. He was responsible for the zombie-like infection at Anvard, the prison outbreak at Loguetown, and several other instances which led to mass mayhem and slaughter.
Some of his earlier work includes experimentation on extremely young children and transforming them into cyborgs against their will. He is friendly almost always, even when committing the most heinous of acts. Unbeknownst to the general public, Dr. Seuss is currently being searched for by Cipher Pol, hoping to take him into custody before his extreme scientific skill and knowledge can be used to cause even more damage.
